The Quality Analyst (QA) is a high-level subject matter expert responsible for driving operational excellence across the record retrieval process. This is an intensive, audit-focused role that requires deep knowledge of workflow standards, compliance protocols, and performance expectations. QAs conduct rigorous, full-day audits of cases handled by Record Retrievers (RRs/SRRs/SSRRs), Medical Record Verifiers (MRVs), and Requesters- identifying errors, providing actionable feedback, and ensuring strict adherence to internal protocols and HIPAA regulations.
As a key quality gatekeeper for the department, the QA partners closely with leadership and training to influence performance, strengthen accountability, and continuously raise the bar for service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform continuous, high-volume audits to assess quality, accuracy, and compliance across all case types.
- Identify patterns of error in requests, provider outreach, documentation, and file processing.
- Proactively recommend and implement improvements to workflows, training, and best practices.
- Maintain detailed audit logs, report trends and compliance issues to leadership, and track corrective actions.
- Deliver clear, consistent feedback and coaching to team members; collaborate with the Learning & Development team to drive education and improvement efforts.
- Minimum of 12 months of experience at Rob Levine Legal Solutions.
- Must be consistently meeting or exceeding performance and attendance expectations.
- Extensive knowledge of record retrieval workflows and quality standards.
- Strong understanding of HIPAA and compliance-related requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to audit at a high level of detail, manage competing priorities, and hold peers accountable.
- Excellent communication, critical thinking, and leadership presence.
